Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson was born to Chris Watson and Jacqueline Luesby on April 15,1990 in Paris. Her parents are both professional lawyers though they later got divorced, forcing Emma to relocate with her mother to England. 

She schooled at Dragon School before she got enrolled in Oxford Branch of Stagecoach Theatre Arts, a part-time Theatre school she learned the art of dancing, acting and singing. 

Watson began participating in Stagecoach Productions and school plays such as Arthur: The Young Years and The Happy Prince. Before her cameo in the HARRY Potter series Emma Watson had not made any professional acting debut in any film.
